黑龙江村民健康知识和健康行为现况调查

Objective The purpose of this study is to understand the differences of health knowledge and behavior between Health village and The control village in Heilongjiang Province, objective to provide scientific foundation for health education activities. Methods The six villages including three Health villages and three control villages are selected at random through taking multi-stage stratified randomization, designing the questionnaires and interview outline by ourselves for household survey. Results The health knowledge awareness of Health village residents and the control village residents is 52.96% and 47.03%,respectively; Age with the health knowledge awareness is inversely proportional while education is correlative positively with the health knowledge awareness; The Health village residents' behavior habit including how many times the average residents take part in physical exercise a week in six months, what the smoking frequence is among residents, if washing hands before meals and what the taste residents are favor on when eating are better than the control village residents'. Conclusion Much headway has been made in the Health village,but the health knowledge awareness of Health village residents in Heilongjiang Province is still lower than the national standard. It's necessary to make a further injection of funds for health education and actively explore health education activities of diverse forms, improving health knowledge awareness of rural resident and changing their unhealthy behaviors.
