本文针对偏振复用的相干光正交频分复用(PDM-CO-OFDM)系统,设计出了一种基于自适应加权信道估计(AWCE)的偏振解复用算法,并在Matlab仿真平台上对算法进行仿真和验证。仿真结果表明,在慢变的PDM-CO-OFDM系统中采用AWCE算法进行偏振解复用能够降低误码率,提高系统的可靠性;而在光纤信道变化较快的PDM-CO-OFDM系统中,使用AWCE算法能够减少训练序列的使用开销,提高系统的有效性。

In this paper, an adaptive depolarization method based on adaptive weighted channel estimation algorithm (AWCE) is proposed for polarization division multiplexed coherent optical OFDM (PDM-CO-OFDM) systems. The simulation results show that this method can help to lower the bit rate ratio (BER) in PDM-CO-OFDM systems with slow-varying channel, while it can also reduce the overhead used by training symbols in PDM-CO-OFDM systems with fast-varying channel.
