海洋真菌Aspergillus aculeatus次级代谢产物的研究
Secondary Metabolites from Marine Fungus Aspergillus aculeatus
为从海洋微生物次级代谢产物中寻找新的抗肿瘤活性代谢产物,为开发新型抗肿瘤药物提供先导化合物,从采自南海潮间带红树植物老鼠簕的内生真菌棘孢曲霉(Aspergillus aculeatus)的菌丝体丙酮超声提取物及发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为1, 3, 5-三羟基-7-甲基蒽醌(1),2-羟基-3-(4-羟基苯基)-丙酸(2),3-异丙基-6-甲基-2, 5-二酮哌嗪(3),3-另丁基-6-甲基-2, 5-二酮哌嗪(4),尿嘧啶核苷(5),尿嘧啶(6),腺嘌呤(7),丁二酸(8)。
In order to search new antitumor leading compounds from metabolites of marine microorganisms, we investigated the secondary metabolites from marine fungus Aspergillus aculeatus which was obtained from mangrove plant Acanthus ebrectearas in the South China Sea. Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 1,3,5-trihydroxy-7-methylanthraquinone (1), 2-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxy-phenyl)-propionic acid (2), 3-isopropyl-6-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione (3), 3-sec-butyl-6-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione (4), uridine (5), uracil (6), adenine (7), and succinic acid (8).
