真菌多糖具有重要的药用价值，尤其是其免疫调节功能，在抗肿瘤、保肝、抗氧化等方面发挥重要的药理作用。本文对近年来真菌多糖免疫调节功能及药理作用的研究做一概述，为进一步研究和开发利用真菌多糖提供参考。
Fungus polysacchrides possesses an important value in medical field,especially in immuno-regulatory.It plays an important pharmacology role in anti-tumor, liver protection and anti-oxidation et al. This article expatitate on progress in recently immuno-regulator and pharmacology studies of fungus polysacchrides ,which will be the reference for the advanced studies and exploitments.
