城市电网孤岛运行是提高供电可靠性与其自愈能力的重要措施,而孤岛运行承受扰动的能力弱,频率的稳定性差。通过分析城市电力负荷的特点,分别建立单个负荷的静态和动态模型,并对同一母线上的负荷进行综合得出综合负荷模型,以及考虑分布式电源作用的广义负荷模型。在发电机不主动调节的情况下,仿真分析了不同负荷模型下,扰动发生后城市电网的频率变化过程,发现城市电网的自然频率特性。结果表明,不同的负荷模型对城市电网的频率影响各异,静态负荷模型得出的频率特性过于保守,分布式电源的并网会使城市电网的自然频率特性变差。

he islanding operation of the urban power grid is an important measure to improve the reliability of power supply and its self-healing capabilities, while it is weak to withstand disturbance, and the stability of system frequency is poor. Based on analyzing the characteristics of loads in city, the static and dynamic model of a single load are built, and a comprehensive load model of the loads on the same bus and a generalized load model considering the influence of distributed generation is established respectively. In the circumstances that generators are not used to control, by the simulation of frequency change process of the urban power grid after the disturbance occurred under different load models, the natural frequency characteristics of the urban power grid are found. The results show that different load models on the impact of the frequency of the urban power grid is different, the frequency characteristic derived from static load models is too conservative, the integration of distributed generation will make the natural frequency characteristic of the urban power grid deterioration.
