With the rapid development of Internet technology，the importance of traffic identification and control technology is increasing，this paper studied the existing traffic identification technology and improved HTTP traffic identification proposed to enhance the application of feature extraction efficiency and traffic identification accuracy , also improved the feature matching speed.
