基于HR4000光谱仪的小型化SPR生物传感系统
Miniaturized SPR Biosensing System Based on HR4000
光纤表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器具有低成本、易便携的特点,成为近年来SPR传感研究的热点内容。基于HR4000光谱仪的小型化SPR生物传感系统,实现波长调制式光纤SPR共振波长监测,LSPR强度监测,多通道共振波长和强度数据采集,双探测器式多通道SPR实现同步参考通道等。将光学检测系统、样品流通系统以及数据处理系统合理优化,极大增强了该系统的稳定性、便携性和易操作性。
Fiber optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor has the characteristics of low cost and portability. It has become a hot research content of SPR sensing in recent years. Based on the HR4000 spectrometer, the miniaturized SPR biosensing system realized wavelength tunable SPR monitoring, LSPR intensity monitoring, multi-channel resonance wavelength and intensity data acquisition, and dual detector multi-channel. Optical detection system, sample circulation system and data processing system were reasonably optimized, which greatly enhanced the stability, portability and ease of operation of the system.
