铽掺杂氧化锌纳米锥的制备、结构及发光性能研究
Growth, structure and luminescence of Tb- doped ZnO nanowires
本文利用高温高压脉冲激光沉积方法在单晶硅衬底上制备出了稀土元素铽掺杂的氧化锌纳米锥。通过对样品的形貌结构进行表征分析,发现氧化锌纳米锥的底部大都聚集在一起,使得氧化锌纳米锥呈现放射状。通过对样品进行电子能谱及透射电镜分析发现稀土元素铽已掺入到氧化锌纳米锥中。将样品进行光学性能分析,在它的阴极射线致荧光光谱中探测到543nm和586nm两个特征峰,这两个峰的出现归因于氧化锌纳米锥中三价铽离子的发光。
In this paper, Tb- doped ZnO nanocones grown on silicon substrates were prepared by the high-temperature and high-pressure pulsed-laser deposition. It was found that the bottoms of nanocones huddled together and the ZnO nanocones are agave- like. The energy diffraction spectrum (EDS) of samples provided the experimental evidence of the Tb-doping in ZnO nanocones. Two peaks near 543 and 586 nm, respectively, were identified to be from the doped Tb 3+ ions in the CL spectra of samples.
