Preparation and Photocatalysitc Activity of the Co-Ce Codoped Nano TiO2 Powder

以钛酸丁酯为原料,Co和Ce为掺杂剂,在室温下采用水解沉淀法制备共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂。采用XRD、TEM对其组织结构进行表征,并研究不同掺杂量和热处理温度对TiO2光催化剂光催化性能的影响,确定了Co和Ce的最佳掺杂浓度和最佳热处理温度。结果表明:介孔(Co,Ce)-TiO2光催化剂晶粒尺寸约为20.4nm,比表面积为97.442m2•g-1。金属Co的掺杂浓度为0.1mol%、Ce掺杂为0.05mol%时,(Co,Ce)-TiO2复合体系在500℃下焙烧的光催化活性最好,甲基橙分解率可达90%。

o-Ce codoped nano TiO2 photocatalyst was prepared hydrolysis precipitation method with Ti(Obu)4 as raw material at room temperature. The morphology and microstructure of the prepared nano (Co、Ce)-TiO2 were characterized by XRD ,TEM.The relation between the concentration of Co and Ce and their photocatalystic activity,between heat treatment temperatures and their photocatalystic activity were also activity also studied.The best doping rate and heat treatment temperature were obtained.The result shows:The mesoporous (Co,Ce)-TiO2 powder size was in the range of 20.4 nm. It had large special surface area of 97.442 m2•g-1.When the depoed concentration of Co was 0.1mol % and Ce was 0.05 mol %,the mesoporous (Co,Ce)-TiO2 had the best depoded photocatalystic activity with the heat treatment temperature at 500℃. Degradation rate of methyl organge was maximal,up to 90%.
