微小比例冷气推力模块是小卫星在空间中进行推进与姿态调整的关键部件。该测试系统用于测试微小比例冷气推力模块控制策略以及电磁比例阀门的性能。本文应用TI的DSP6747作为主控芯片,采用24位高精度ADC7732作为模拟输出驱动可调电流源,20位高精度DAC5791作为数据采样输入,形成闭环控制系统,从而对冷气流量进行控制。

he cold gas micro-proportion thruster modules is used to changing the attitude of modern small satellite and propulsion. In this paper, the test-system can test the control algorithm and the performance of Electromagnetism proportion valve. A TI DSPc6747 is used for the main controller, a 24-bit ADC AD7732 is used to drive the current source and a 20-bit DAC AD5791 is used to sample the gas flow data. All this cores make up a closed-loop system which can control the gas flow.
