在分析传统小波阈值去噪方法的基础上,对阈值和阈值函数进行改进,提出一种基于量子遗传算法的小波阈值去噪方法。首先对含噪信号进行多尺度小波分解,然后综合考虑不同尺度上小波系数的分布情况,对传统阈值加以改进,再引入量子遗传算法确定各尺度的最佳阈值,最后通过新的阈值函数进行去噪。将提出的方法与遗传算法、粒子群算法优化小波阈值去噪进行了对比,仿真结果表明,提出的方法更有效,能够得到较小的均方误差和较大的峰值信噪比,在去除噪声的同时又避免了有用高频信息的丢失。

On analyzing traditional wavelet threshold de-noising method,the threshold and threshold function were improved,then a new wavelet threshold de-noising method based on quantum genetic algorithm was proposed.Firstly,the noised signal was decomposed by multi-wavelet,Secondly,according to the distributions of wavelet coefficients in different scales,the traditional threshold was modified,then the optimal thresholds were determined by quantum genetic algorithm,Finally,through a new threshold function to achieve de-noising.Compared with the genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm optimized the wavelet threshold de-noising.Simulation results show that the proposed approach is more effective than traditional wavelet threshold de-noising method,can obtain smaller MSE and higher PSNR,while remove the noise while avoiding the loss of useful high-frequency information.
