Parameterized Finite Element Modeling and Fatigue Life Analysis of Cone Crusher Key Components

为快速预测圆锥破碎机关键零部件的疲劳寿命,本文提出将参数化动力学建模与参数化有限元建模相结合的分析方法。通过仿真分析圆锥破碎机动力学模型获得零部件的载荷历程,将载荷结果施加到关键零部件的有限元模型中,仿真获得零部件的应力结果和位移结果。同时,基于应力分析结果利用Miner疲劳损伤累计法则在ANSYS的Fatigue Tool模块中实现零件的疲劳寿命分析,获得疲劳累计功耗系数以确定零件的疲劳性能。

o predict the fatigue life of cone crusher's key components rapidly, the paper proposed an analysis method which combined parameterized kinetic modeling and parameterized finite element modeling. Simulated cone crusher kinetic model to get the loading course which be used in the key components' finite element model, analyzed the finite element model for the stress result and displacement result. Meanwhile, made fatigue life analysis in the Fatigue Tool module in ANSYS, based on the stress result and utilized the Miner cumulative fatigue damage principle, obtained cumulative fatigue usage index which indicates the components' fatigue performance.
