利用GIS平台强大的空间数据分析功能,提出通过构建洪水淹没水力学模型,采用ArcEngine组件库开发出三维动态洪水淹没模拟系统,对洪水淹没状态进行同步显示和误差估计,快速、科学、准确的反映洪水淹没范围的情况,为赈灾和防洪决策提供科学的依据具有重要的意义。

By using powerful data analysis of GIS platform, a flood submerged hydraulics model was advance to build. The three-dimensional dynamic flood simulation system was developed based on ArcEngine component library, which displayed the flood submerged synchronous and made the error estimate. It can reflect the situation of flood submerged areas more fast, scientific and accuratly. It also had a greate significance to rescue disaster and make decision to prevent flood disaster.
