采用电沉积及不同温度硫化处理制备了多晶FeS2薄膜,测定并计算了薄膜的晶体结构,取向度及表面能。结果表明,在较低温度硫化的FeS2薄膜中存在比较明显的择优取向及相对高的表面能。随硫化温度上升,FeS2薄膜中的择优取向程度及表面能均下降。表面能较低时对晶体生长不存在明显的制约作用,薄膜中不存在择优取向。表面能较高时促使薄膜以尽量降低表面能的方式生长,导致出现明显的择优取向。

FeS2 thin films were prepared by sulfurizing Fe films at different temperatures. The crystal structure, degree of preferred orientation and surface energy were determined and calculated. There exist more obvious preferred orientation and higher surface energy in the FeS2 films formed at lower sulfuration temperatures. The degree of preferred orientation and surface energy decrease with the increase in sulfuration temperature. There hardly is preferred orientation in the FeS2 films with low surface energy because low surface energy shows an insignificant effect to restrict the orientation of crystal growth. However, high surface energy in the FeS2 films can strongly control the crystal growth and results in significantly preferred orientation because the nucleation and growth of FeS2 crystallites have to take the orientation as far as possible to reduce the surface energy.
