氙气对心脏功能保护作用的研究进展

Effects of xenon on cardiac function protection

氙气被证实有麻醉作用已有接近60年历史。氙气麻醉诱导快,苏醒迅速,镇痛效果强,被认为是接近理想特性的吸入麻醉药。动物及临床研究均发现其在血流动力学上的优越性,氙气对心脏功能几无抑制作用,适用于心血管外科麻醉及有心血管风险因素存在时的麻醉处理。此外,氙气具有明显的细胞缺血再灌注损伤保护作用,尤其是对心肌细胞,能显著减少心肌缺血损伤后的梗死面积。本文对氙气的心脏功能、心肌细胞作用及可能机理进行综述。

Xenon has been proven to be a potent inhalation anesthetic for nearly 60 yr. The properties of fast induction, early recovery, as well as the significant analgesic effect of xenon contribute to its ideal agent features. The hemodynamic advantage of xenon has been evidenced in animal and clinical studies. Moreover, xenon provides anesthesia without cardiac function compromise and is considered as appropriate anesthesia agent for cardiovascular surgery and patient with related risks. In addition, xenon provides protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion organ especially on the myocardium. The myocardial infarction size can be reduced after xenon application. This article summarized the effects of xenon on cardiac function and myocardium, and further discussed the mechanism.
