Partnering模式在代建制项目成本管理中的应用分析

In order to satisfy the need of reform and construction of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, the construction-agent system projects came into being. But the hidden cost management problems are attendant. Based on the analysis of definition, differences with the traditional model, and type, and organizational structure of Partnering model, this paper attempts to organically integrate it with the cost management of water conservancy and hydropower construction-agent system project. It means that apply Partnering model to analyze the cost management of water conservancy and hydropower construction-agent system project, and argues that Partnering model has a positive signification on it.
