造船企业中管子生产线柔性资源分配研究
Study of flexible resource allocation in the tube production line for shipbuilding enterprises
为解决造船企业管子生产线各工序间资源负荷比例的不稳定性所导致的车间在制品量多、加工周期长的问题,以加工周期最短为目标研究多生产线柔性资源的重新分配。通过柔性资源的能力效率矩阵、资源分配变量矩阵、产品加工时间矩阵以及工序当量生产能力的计算公式等数学语言来描述多生产线柔性资源的分配问题;然后基于离散事件仿真平台Arena12.0提出该问题的求解方法及步骤;最后以国内某造船厂碳钢管子和不锈钢管子生产线为工程背景,应用Arena12.0进行了仿真实例分析,验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
o solve the problem of high volume of work in process and long processing cycle caused by the instability of resources' load proportion in the tube multiple production lines for shipbuilding enterprises. A study on flexible resource allocation with the target of minimum processing cycle is proposed. First, the problem of flexible resource allocation in multiple production lines is described by establishing the ability efficiency matrix, resource allocation variable matrix, process time matrix and the formula of production capacity of each process. Second, a solution based on Arena12.0 of discrete event simulation is studied. At last, the validity and practicability of the solution is verified through a simulation example.
