针刺治疗肠易激综合征的临床观察及其对调节性T细胞功能的影响
目的观察针刺天枢穴与足三里穴对肠易激综合征(IBS)患者CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg),CDB+ CD28一调节性T细胞和TGF-p,IL-10的影响。方法将纳入的IBS 30例患者随机分成天枢组、足三里组合配伍组，分别予天枢穴、足三里穴和足三里穴+天枢穴针刺治疗7d，另设置健康对照组10例。结果针刺治疗后与未治疗前IB S患者各项指标具有显著的差异性(P0.05);余各组除天枢组CD8+CD28-T ( %)指标外，均与健康组有统计学差异(P0.05)，余皆具有统计学意义(P<0.05);配伍组与天枢组相比，差异具有统计学意义(CP<O.OSJ。结论针刺天枢和足三里能明显的调节Treg细胞百分比与TGF-团和IL-10，从而改善机体的免疫机能
Objective To observe effects of Tianshu point and Zusanli point on IBS patients, and the levels of CD4+ CD25-Treg,CD8+CD28-Treg, TGF-(} and IL-10 in plasma. Methods 30 patients were qualified for inclusion, with 10 in each grouprandomly included Tianshu group and Zusanli group and Tianshu+Zusanli group.Besides,a normal group with 10 patientswere included. The acupuncture group were given electroacupuncture for 7 days, while the normal group was done nothing.Results Compared with before treatment after treatment, the detection index had a statistically significant difference (P0.05);Compared with Zusanli group, exceptfor the CD8+CD28-T(% ) of Tianshu group (P>0.05), other groups were significantly different(P<0.05); Compared with Tianshugroup and Tianshu+Zusanli groupit had a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture the Tianshu andZusanli can regulate the CD4+ CD25-Treg,CDB+ CD28-Treg,TGF-(} and IL-10 in plasma obviously which can finally enhancebodys immune.
