过去研究大多聚焦社交媒体给人们工作生活带来的积极影响。社交媒体突破了时间和空间的限制,给我们的生活带来了便利性、灵活性,促进知识分享、人际沟通与信息交换。然而,社交媒体这一特性也存在一些弊端,其中社交媒体平台上工作生活双向打断现象越来越受到关注,但是目前相关研究仍不足。基于此,本文根据边界理论和自我损耗理论,研究以社交媒体为媒介的工作生活双向打断(工作打断生活、生活打断工作)现象对员工工作生活产生消极影响。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,对来自全国各地不同行业572名员工进行调查,并运用结构方程模型进行数据分析。结果表明:工作打断生活、生活打断工作会分别导致工作-生活冲突以及生活-工作冲突,进而产生社交媒体倦怠,其中生活分割偏好调节工作-生活冲突与社交媒体倦怠的正向关系。

Previous studies have proved that social media has a positive impact on people's work and life. It breaks through the limitation of time and space, brings convenience and flexibility to our life, and promotes knowledge sharing, interpersonal communication and information exchange. However, this feature of social media has also brought some disadvantages, among which the two-way interruption of work and life via social media has attracted more and more attention, but the relevant research is still insufficient. Based on this circumstance, according to the boundary theory and self depletion theory, this paper studies how the two-way interruption of work and life (work to life interruption, life to work interruption )via social media has a negative impact on employees' work and life. In this study, 572 employees from different industries around the country were investigated by questionnaire, and structural equation model was used for data analysis. The results show that work to life interruption and life to work interruption will lead to work-life conflict and life-work conflict respectively, which will have a negative impact on social media fatigue. Among them, life segmentation preference moderates the positive relationship between work-life conflict and social media fatigue.
