两腔体压电泵
Study on double-chamber Piezoelectric Pumps
以两腔体压电泵为例介绍了并联结构和串联结构的工作原理,分析了压电振子驱动方式对两种结构压电泵输出能力的影响规律。制作了两腔串联和两腔并联压电泵的试验样机,分别测试了单个腔体独立工作和两个腔体同时工作(包括交叉工作或同步工作两种情况)状态下压电泵的输出能力,并进行了比较和分析。研究结果表明,两种结构压电泵都是交叉工作时的输出性能较好,其中并联泵的流量提高幅度较大,超过两个腔体独立工作流量之和;而串联泵的流量和压力提高提高幅度都很大,均接近两个腔体独立工作输出量之和。
The structure and working principle of the pumps consisted of two PZT Actuators was introduced, and the output performance of the pumps with different structure and driving strategy was analyzed. Two piezoelectric pumps, serial connection and parallel connection, were fabricated. The double-chamber pumps were tested, respectively, first with each of the two actuators being actuated solely, and then with both actuators being actuated (in anti-phase or in-phase) synchronously. The test results show that both serial and parallel double-chamber pumps achieve greater performance with the actuators working in anti-phase. The flow-rate the parallel connection pump is about two times of that of single chamber micropump. For the serial connection pump, both the flow-rate and backup pressure are about two times of that of single-chamber micropump.
