本研究基于同心旋转圆柱间的定常流动特点和库塔流的性质,建立了密封腔内外流动模型,并研制出了一种无填料轴承密封。这种密封的主要原理是利用密封腔内外压差克服流体的渗透力,将流体封在轴承外面,已改善密封的使用条件,减少磨损,同时也降低维修费用,达到节能的效果。

his research according to stationary flow concentric revolving the cylinder and the quality of Couette stream, establish the flowing model of inside and outside of seal. And we research and manufacture a kind of bearings seals-less. The principle of this seal makes full use of press bad between the inside and the outside seals to overcome liquid permeate. Liquid is prevented from outside the bearings, it improves seal usage condition, reducing wear and tear and lowering maintaining expenses, coming to economy energy.
