针对用于矿热炉冶炼关键参数检测的磁场阵列传感器性能评估问题,设计了三维磁场源的产生与检测系统。制作的三维亥姆霍兹线圈作为磁场信号发生源,通过单片机采集数据并将其发送至上位机,在LabVIEW环境下对磁场数据进行处理分析和显示,同时,通过三维导轨控制3D磁场探头的扫描轨迹,在PC机端可同步观测到探头的位置和扫描状态。该系统在磁场阵列传感器的量产检测中起到了关键作用。

iming at the problems of performance assessment of magnetic field array sensor for detecting the key parameters of submerged arc furnace, a three dimensional magnetic field generation and measurement system is designed. A 3D Helmholtz coil is developed to supply magnetic field signal, and microcontroller collects the magnetic field data and send them to the upper computer. In the environment of LabVIEW the magnetic field information could be processed and displayed. At the same time, the scanning trace of 3D magnetic field probe is controlled by three dimensional guide rail, and the probe position and scanning status is observed simultaneously in PC. The system plays an important part in the small scale production and detection of magnetic field array sensor.
