物理消融肿瘤的研究进展
Research progress on physical ablation for tumor treatment
物理肿瘤消融是一种利用各种先进物理技术直接作用于局灶性实体肿瘤，根除或毁坏肿瘤组织的治疗方法，其主要方式可分为热消融（thermal ablate therapy，TAT）、冷冻消融（cryoablation）和电消融（electrical ablation）。本文就几种主要的物理消融肿瘤技术的现状及发展作一简要综述。
Physical ablation is a new kind of tumor treatments which directly acts on local solid tumors to eradicate or destroy tumor tissues utilizing various advanced physical technique. Physical ablation can be classified by physical characteristics as thermal ablate therapy (TAT), cryoablation and electrical ablation. Recent studies and technical trend of these three physical ablation treatments are reviewed in this paper.
