酶法合成淀粉接枝聚己内酯共聚物的核磁分析

NMR Spectroscopy Assignment of starch-grafted-polycaprolactone copolymer with lipase as catalyze

在有机溶剂DMSO中,以猪胰脂肪酶为催化剂,合成了淀粉接枝聚己内酯共聚物。利用红外光谱初步验证接枝情况,再采用1H-NMR、13C-NMR核磁共振光谱表征产物微结构,完成了1H-NMR、13C-NMR谱带的归属,并计算了己内酯的接枝率及主要接枝位置,实验结果己内酯接枝率达30%以上,主要接枝在C2、C3上。

Starch-grafted-polycaprolactone (St-g-PCL) was synthesized in DMSO using porcine pancreatic lipase as catalyze. The structure of the copolymer was first characterized by FTIR, then assignment by NMR. As a result, the grafting rate could above 30%,and most of them graft at C2 and C3.
