微波对五味子多糖提取的影响
Microwave On the Effect of the Polysaccharide Extraction from Schisandra sphenantheraRehd.et Wils
采用单因素和正交试验,用微波处理方法直接提取五味子多糖,折出一套最佳多醣提取路线。用微波处理时间、料液比、微波功率等工艺条件来研究其对五味子多糖提取的影响。结果表明在功率为800W,料液比为1:40,微波时间3min条件下多糖提取率最高,分光光度计测其吸光率为0.84.
Under the use of single factor and orthogonal tests, deal Schisandra sphenantheraRehd.et Wils with microwave; choose a best way to get polysaccharide. Through the study of microwave power 、microwave processing time and ratio of patter&liquid on the effect of polysaccharide extracted. The results show that: Power800W、Time 3min the Ratio 1:40.The extraction rate is best, measurement its absorbance with spectrophotometer,it’s0.84.
