电动负载模拟器是各种飞行器在设计阶段进行地面半实物仿真的重要设备之一,用于模拟飞行器在飞行过程中作用在舵面上的气动载荷。针对舵机在空气中所受的不同载荷,设计了一种扭矩和弯矩可以同时加载的复合力加载系统并给出了系统的总体方案,介绍了电动负载模拟器的系统和机械结构组成并描述了其工作原理,应用了机械最优化设计的理论和方法,对电动负载模拟器结构中的电机轴、弹簧杆、工装轴,进行了设计校核,使得系统在满足实际要求的前提下达到最优设计,并且对结构轴在动、静态加载方式下进行仿真和分析。

Electric load simulator is one of the important equipment of all kinds of vehicles in the design stage of semi physical simulation on the ground, used to simulate the aerodynamic loading in the rudder surface during the flight. In view of the different load on the rudder in the air, design a composite force loading system which can load the torque and bending moment at the same time and the overall scheme are be given. This paper introduces the system structure and mechanical structure of the electric load simulator and describes its working principle. Designing and checking the motor shaft, spring beam and tooling shaft of the electric load simulator by using the theory and method of the mechanical optimization design, making the system achieve the optimal design on the premise of meeting the practical requirements. Then the structure of shaft is simulated and analyzed in the loading mode of static and dynamic.
