用软腐病菌分别和氯化铝、氢氧化铝两种不同的铝剂组合来处理马铃薯切片,Evans blue检查马铃薯细胞的死亡结果表明:氯化铝处理,软腐病菌+氯化铝处理均能够引起细胞的大量死亡,表明铝毒对亲和互作坏死可能有促进作用;氢氧化铝处理细胞死亡率最小;氢氧化铝+软腐病菌较单独的软腐病菌处理细胞死亡率小,说明氢氧化铝对软腐病菌感染马铃薯有一定的抵抗作用。对二氨基联苯胺(DAB)染色结果表明:氯化铝、软腐病菌+氯化铝处理中过氧化氢的产生量很多;而单独的氢氧化铝、软腐病菌处理产生过氧化氢的量较少;SDS-PAGE电泳分析蛋白差异表明:氢氧化铝处理的马铃薯条带与其他处理的条带明显不同,表明不同铝剂对植物-病原菌互作进程的影响是不同的。

With Ecc (Erwinia carotovora subsp.carotovora), aluminum chloride, aluminum hydroxide treat potato. We use Evans blue dye to mensurate cell death rates. These results indicated abundant cell death in potato with aluminum chloride and Ecc+ aluminum chloride treat, respectively. Also implied this possibility of three value aluminum accelerate cell death. Cell death rates is lowest in aluminum hydroxide treat simple. Cell death rates with aluminum hydroxide + Ecc treat simple is lower than Ecc treat simple. That show advance action of aluminum hydroxide to defense disease. Aluminum chloride, Ecc+ aluminum chloride treat produce excessive H2O2 with DAB (diamino benzidine) dye and aluminum hydroxide,Ecc treat production is little. SDS-PAGE electrophoresis result indicate aluminum hydroxide treated obviously different from others. That show the different effect in interactional process by different value aluminum and plant and pathogenic bacteria.
