牧草种子生活力快速测定与发芽试验比较研究
he comparative study between Rapid Viability Testing and Experimentation of Germination of the seeds of Forage
对青海苏丹草、白三叶、陇东苜蓿、青海黄燕麦、草地早熟禾、多年生黑麦草、高羊茅七种牧草种子样品分别进行常规发芽试验和生活力(红四氮唑)测定试验。用发芽试验和四唑快速检测的结果测算两种试验间的相关性。采用公式:r=100-(V-G)/y×100%、y=(V+G)/2 进行数据分析。试验结果表明,5种草种的相关性高到低依次为苏丹草(r=100)、陇东苜蓿(r=97)、白三叶(r=89)、草地早熟禾(r=71)、青海黄燕麦(r=32)。
ccording to do conventional germination experiment and rapid viability testing experiment (TCC)for Avena sativa、Sorghum sudanense、Trifolium repens、Medicago sativa L、Poa pratensis L、Lolium pererme、Festuca arundinacea seven variety seeds of forage.Use the results of experimentation germination and rapid viability testing to analysis the correlation of the two experimentation .Adopt expressions r=100-(V-G)/y×100%、y=(V+G)/2 for data analysis .The experimental dataget shows ,the correlation of five variety seeds of forage from high to low are Sorghum sudanense(r=100)、Medicago sativa L(r=97)、Trifolium repens(r=89)、Poa pratensiscor(r=71)、Avena sativa(r=32).
