在诸多因素影响下颁布与修订的《大学和大学学院法》，是马来西亚高等教育管理模式逐步从控制转为监督的重要推动力。以该法案为研究视角，马来西亚高等教育管理模式在变革中具有政府从控制转向监督、公立大学企业化管理等特征，与我国国情进行比较分析，以期对我国高等教育未来发展能有一定参考。

Under the influence of some factors, the 《Universities and University Colleges Act》,which is a powerful motivator to promote the management mode transform control into supervision. In Order to the《Universities and University Colleges Act》as the Research Angle, the management mode of Malaysia have some characteristics, which are the government management form control to supervision, and public universities into enterprise management, and so on. These will provide useful reference for higher education of China.
