干压花花材的选择与运用

摘要
对红、粉红、黄、橙、蓝、紫六种色系的花材高温快速干燥处理，研究其保色效果，结果表明黄、橙色的鲜花保色效果好，而红、粉红、蓝、紫色的鲜花保色效果较差；对厚、薄两种质地花材进行高温快速干燥处理，结果表明红、粉色花材干燥后的保色效果与花朵质地相关，厚质红、粉色花材保色效果好，薄质红粉花材保色效果不好，而黄、橙、蓝、紫色花材与保色效果与质地无关；用常温压制法及高温干燥法压制花材，结果表明质地薄的花材在常温下压制比在高温下干燥保色效果好，质地厚的花材在高温下干燥更适宜。在光下和避光下保存花材，结果表明干燥花材在避光条件下保存较光照保存下保存不易褪色、变色。
