WNT6与SHH在人牙胚发育中的时空表达

Objective: to study of the spatial and temporal expression of WNT6 and SHH in human tooth development. Methods: human tooth germ in different development stages were collected; H&E staining was employed to evaluate the development stage; immunofluorescence was used to exam the expression of WNT6 and SHH; qPCR and Western blot was applied to measure the expression of WNT6 and SHH in human dental papilla cells at gene and protein level. Results: WNT6 and SHH expression can be detected at the early cap stage, and they were found to be present and co-localized throughout tooth development; in vitro, WNT6 and SHH were detected in human dental papilla cells. Conclusion：WNT6 and SHH was expressed both in the epithelium and mesenchyme of human tooth germ.
