视皮层可塑性是指视皮层受到外界环境刺激后,为适应视觉环境而改变其结构、功能与大脑其他部分的联系,并在以后的发育过程中逐渐成熟。本文对目前从分子生物学角度研究弱视视觉可塑性的相关资料进行了总结,认为在视觉可塑性关键期内,神经递质及其受体参与了视皮层神经元的经验依赖性成熟过程;神经营养因子可以调节神经突触发育可塑性,对神经元的存活、分化起重要作用;部分基因和蛋白也参与了视觉系统发育可塑性的过程。深入揭示视皮层可塑性的分子机制将为弱视发病机制和治疗研究提供突破口。

Visual cortex plasticity refers to the visual cortex after stimulation by the external environmen, in order to adapt the visual environment changed its structure, function and contact other parts of the brain, and matured during development in the future.This article summarizes the related information about the amblyopia visual cortex plasticity form the molecular biology, considered that during critical period of visual plasticity, neurotransmitters and their receptors are involved in the experience-dependent maturation of visual cortex neuronal;Neurotrophic factors can regulate synaptic plasticity, it plays an important role in neuronal survival and differentiation; Part of the gene and protein are also involved in the process of developmental plasticity of the visual system.Further reveal the molecular mechanisms of the visual cortex plasticity,which will provide a breakthrough for amblyopia pathogenesis and treatment.
