针对减速器工作模态试验中容易出现谐波模态,造成模态参数辨识困难等问题,提出了一种识别随机响应和谐波响应的方法,通过对其响应信号的频域分解和统计特性分析,得到不同的概率密度特征曲线,从而分离出响应信号中的两种响应成分。这为得到真实环境下的减速器固有模态参数,带来一条新路经,进而给减速器的优化设计带来准确参考。

Harmonic modes usually appear in the operational modal testing of reducer, resulting in difficulties in modal parameter identification. A technique of distinguishing harmonic and structural modes is presented, through the frequency domain decomposition (FDD) and the statistical properties analysis of response signals, two different probability density characteristic curves are gained, and the two components are successfully separated from the overall response .This can bring a new path to obtain the real modal parameters at the actual working environment and an accurate reference to the optimization of reducer.
