GMAW熔池三维形态视觉检测与表面流场示踪
High speed GMA welding pool 3-D visual inspection and surface flow distribution tracer
通过熔池视觉检测与示踪技术,绘制示踪粒子流动轨迹,分析熔池液态金属流态以及流速分布。使用RGB三通道COMS彩色摄像机以及合适的滤光系统,采集高分辨率的熔池图像;设计有效算法,将二维熔池图像恢复为三维熔池形态;向熔池内添加耐高温颗粒作为示踪粒子,提取示踪粒子坐标并计算其流动速度,以表征熔池不同区域的流动状态以及流速分布.实验结果表明, 采用以上图像采集方案, 可拍摄到连续清晰的熔池图像;使用设计的图像处理算法, 可恢复三维熔池形态、提取出完整的熔池边界和示踪粒子坐标。
hrough visual inspection and tracer technique, draw the tracer particles flow path, and analyze the liquid metal flow and velocity distribution in the weld pool. Use RGB 3 channels CMOS color camera and appropriate filter system to collect high-definition weld pool image; designed efficient algorithm, recover the three dimensional shape of weld pool from the two dimensional image; added heat-resistant particles to the weld pool as tracer particles, extract the tracer particle coordinates and calculate the flow speed to characterize the flow state and velocity distribution in different areas of the weld pool. The experiment results show that the image acquisition method can acquire clear image of weld pool continuously. Furthermore, the three dimensional shape of the weld pool, weld pool boundary and tracer particle coordinates can be extracted using the image processing algorithm
