IP呼叫中心是VOIP的一个应用。而自动呼叫分配器又是呼叫中心的的一个重要功能实体。本文首先对H.323 协议，呼叫中心和自动呼叫分配器大体介绍后，详细的介绍了自动呼叫分配器软件的结构设计，最后用排队论理论分析自动呼叫分配器的性能。
IP Call Center is an application of VOIP, Auto Call Distributor is an important functional entity in Call Center. This paper first introduces H.323 protocol、Call Center and ACD, then emphasizes the development of ACD system in IP Call Center. At last, analyze the facility of ACD, using queue theory.
