绿色商业建筑适宜技术选用研究
Research on the selection of appropriate technology for green commercial buildings
近年来我国绿色建筑发展迅速,但依然存在重设计轻运营、绿色技术选用具有盲目性等问题,同时针对绿色商业建筑适宜技术体系的研究较少。因此,本文选用了湖南省5个绿色商业建筑的典型案例,从建筑性能、能源资源、增量成本和运营管理四个方面出发,对绿色技术进行调查研究和对比分析,提出绿色商业建筑适宜采用地下空间利用、保温隔热屋面、太阳能热水系统、太阳能光伏发电、导光筒等绿色适宜技术,同时也应注重运营管理质量的提升。通过对绿色商业建筑技术实际效果的对比总结,为绿色商业建筑适宜技术的选用提供了有益的参考价值。
In recent years, green building has developed rapidly in China, but there are still some problems such as attaching more importance to design than operation and choosing green technology blindly, At the same time, there are few studies on the appropriate technology system of green commercial buildings. Therefore, this paper selects five typical cases of green commercial buildings in Hunan Province, and green technologies are investigated and contrastively analyzed from four aspects: building performance, energy resources, incremental costs and operational management. Summing up green commercial buildings suitable for underground space utilization, heat insulation roof, solar water heating system, solar photovoltaic power generation, light guide tube and other green appropriate technologies, meanwhile, we should also pay attention to the improvement of operation and management quality. Through the comparison and summary of the practical effect of green commercial building technology, it provides beneficial reference value for the selection of appropriate technology for green commercial building.
