光无线融合接入系统研究

Optical and Wireless Converged Access network, as an important part of the Fixed and Mobile Convergence, is about applying both optical and wireless communication technologies to the Broadband Access Network. This paper introduces the architecture of the coverged access network, and analysis the main and key technologies, both in physical transmission layer and medium access control layer. This technology can supply both existing and future fixed and mobile communicaiton services to subscribers through uniform infrastructure, reducing both CapEx and OpEx.
