Ecotoxicogenomics—the new challenge of ecotoxicology in the post-genomic era

基因组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学技术给生态毒理学的发展提供了生物高通量的技术手段,构成了新的交叉学科——生态毒理基因组学,它着重研究了环境毒物暴露下非靶生物基因和蛋白的表达,将生态毒理学推向了新的理论和技术发展阶段。生态毒理基因组学的技术支持和生物平台在后基因组时代得到了极大的发展,为生态风险评价提供了更准确的依据。而且,生态毒理基因组学技术在我国也得到了广泛应用。

New powerful methods of high-throughput analysis, including genomics, proteomics and metabonomics were provided to the ecotoxicology and the new cross-subject ecotoxicogenomics was founded. It primarily studies gene and protein expression in non-target organisms that is important in responses to environmental toxicant exposures, pushing the ecotoxicology to the new stage of the development of theory and technology. The technological support and biological platform of ecotoxicogenomics were highly developed in the post-genomic era, providing more aquatic informations for the ecological risk assessment. And it was also wildly applied in China.
