深部煤炭资源开采高温热害研究
Study on Heat Disaster in Deep Coal Mining
深部煤炭资源是我国未来的主体能源,随着开采深度的加深,高温热害越来越普遍,高温热害成为制约深部煤炭资源开采的关键问题。首先,本文根据我国煤田储量分布和地温场分布规律,预测了未来我国主体煤炭资源开采将面临的高温热害。通过总结国内外学者关于热害的理论研究、内室及现场试验取得的大量成果,总结分析了高温热害的成因、矿井风流与围岩间的传热传质规律、高温高湿环境引发的次生灾害以及热害控制技术等方面的研究进展。得出高温高湿环境不仅仅危害工人身心健康,还会诱发围岩高温大变形、吸附瓦斯溢出、腐蚀支护结构失效等次生灾害,提出了深部煤炭资源开采热害研究的8个方向。为保障我国未来能源的安全,深入进行深井热害的基础理论研究已势在必行。
Since China is running out its shallow coal, the deep coal buried under thousands of meters will be the main energy in the future. With the increasing of mining depth, more and more coal mines are faced with heat hazard. It has become the key problem in deep mining. This paper, based on the distribution of coal reserves and characteristics of geothermal fields, forecasts the seriousness and distribution of heat hazard in deep mining. Based on the result of theoretical and experimental research on heat hazard, the paper summarizes and analyzes research advances in the causes of heat hazard, rules of heat transfer between rocks and air, secondary disaster due to high temperature and humidity as well as the technology of cooling system. It is concluded that high temperature and humidity will not only be harmful to workers but also lead to large deformation of rocks and release of methane absorption in coal. Eight research topics about heart hazard in deep mining are put forward in this paper. For the sake of national energy security, basic research on heat hazard is more than necessary now.
