基于GALIL卡对步进电机的控制研究

步进电动机是一种将电脉冲转化为角位移的执行机构。其特点是没有积累误差,因而广泛用于各种开环控制。步进电机的运转是通过脉冲控制的,当步进电机驱动器接收到一个脉冲信号,它就驱动步进电动机按设定的方向转动一个固定的角度,它的旋转是以固定的角度一步一步运行的。可以通过控制脉冲个数来控制角位移量,从而达到准确定位的的目的;同时可以通过控制脉冲频率来控制电动机转动的速度和加速度,从而达到调速的目的。使用运动控制卡来调节步进电机的脉冲频率和方向,就可以实现步进电机的运动控制。步进电机的使用非常广泛,主要用于一些有定位要求的场合。
Stepper motor is a kind of implementing agencies ,which translates pulses into angular displacement. It's character is which has no accumulated deviation. Stepper motor is widely used in various open-loop control. The operation of the stepper motor is controlled by pulse. When the stepper motor driver receives a pulse signal, it drives the stepper motor rotate into a fixed angle in a direction step by step. With the number of pulses, movement control card can control the angular displasement. With the pulse frequency, it can also control the motor rotation speed and acceleration.
