不同粒度WC增强Ni基合金的摩擦磨损性能研究

本文采用真空热压烧结工艺,制备了不同WC粒度增强的复合材料,并对复合材料的结构、性能进行了研究,其中重点研究干摩擦条件下复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。研究结果表明:干摩擦条件下,随着粒度的增加,复合材料的磨损失重增大,摩擦系数有增大趋势。随着粒度的增加,复合材料的磨损机制出现转变。
omposite reinforced by WC particles of different size had been fabricated by hot-press sintering (HP). Structures, properties, especially the tribological properties of the composites were studied. The result shows that both the weight-loss and friction coefficient of the composites grow as the WC particle size increases. The wear mechanism also changes.
