金属负载修饰阳离子交换树脂对水解离反应的影响
EFFECTS OF CATION-EXCHANGE RESINS MODIFIED BY METAL SPECIES ON WATER DISSOCIATION
本文将磺酸型阳离子交换树脂用金属物质负载修饰后,在电解电极间隙进行填料,通过测量电流-电压特性曲线研究了离子交换树脂对水解离反应的影响。理论和实验结果表明:借助离子交换树脂用纯水作为电解加工的电解液具有可行性;树脂表面荷电基团的催化解离水的能力强于金属物质的催化能力;树脂表面吸附的金属物质占据树脂表面的部分离子交换位点,切断水分子和固定荷电基团反应的部分通道,从而对荷电基团的催化能力起到了“掩盖”作用。
n this paper, a new thinking of using pure water as the electrolyte in electrochemical machining is put forward to diminish some environmental problems in the traditional process. After modified with metal species, the sulfonated cation-exchange resins are filled in the gap between anode and cathode. The effect of cation-exchange resins on water dissociation is studied by measuring current-voltage curves of the cell. The theoretical and experimental results show that in the presence of cation-exchange resins it is possible to use pure water as electrolyte in the electrochemical machining process. To dissociate the water molecules, the catalysis capability of the charged groups is better than that of metal species. The immobilized metal species partially block the ion-exchange sites on the surface of the resins and reaction channels between the water molecules and charged groups, i.e. catalysis capability of the charged groups is “masked” with the metal species deposition on the surfac
