基于VC33主动磁轴承控制系统的设计
ESIGN OF ACTIVE MAGNETIC BEARING CONTROLLER SYSTEM BASED ON VC33
基于美国TI公司推出的浮点DSP芯片TMS320VC33设计了磁悬浮轴承系统的数字控制器,并运用可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)实现了DSP对A/D和D/A的逻辑操作。采用嵌入式C语言和汇编语言混合编写了磁悬浮轴承数字控制器的PID控制算法。成功实现了五自由度磁悬浮轴承系统的稳定悬浮。静态悬浮试验结果表明设计的磁悬浮轴承系统控制器稳定性好、可靠性好、其控制精度达到了预期的效果。为进一步实现先进的控制算法提供了硬件平台。
digital controller of Active Magnetic Bearing is designed based on the TMS320VC33 DSP chip which is developed by TI Company, in which CPLD is used for the control of the DSP on the A/D and D/A converter. The software was developed with the embedded C assembled with DSP assembly language. The experimental results show the five-degree freedom magnetic rotor can be stably suspended. The stability and iteration performance of this control system were good, and the control precision has reached anticipated performance request. A preferable experiment flat is supplied for further study of more advanced digital control algorithm of magnetic bearing.
