基于机器视觉的二步定位算法研究

传统的三坐标测量机只能在操作人员的牵引下完成对被测表面的测量。将机器视觉技术引入三坐标测量机的测量过程中,关键技术之一就是对被测表面的定位,传统的定位算法计算量大,耗时长,不能满足三坐标测量机工作的实时性需求。本文提出了以矩形框定位与曲线定位相结合的二次定位法,并详细介绍了定位算法的原理与过程,实验证明,与传统定位方法相比,该算法可以保证定位精度的同时,大大提高定位效率,满足三坐标测量机测量所需的实时性要求。

he traditional coordinate measuring machine can only be pulled by operators to complete the surface measurements. During the process of introducing Machine vision technology into the CMM measurement, one of the key technologies is the positioning of measured surface, the traditional positioning algorithm is huge-workload, time-consuming and can not meet the real time requirements for CMM .This paper suggest a position located method by using a rectangular box and curve. Details of the orientation algorithm, experiments prove that the algorithm meets the positioning accuracy and it can improve the efficiency of coordinate measuring machine measurements.
