生命科学对代谢计算研究的一些启示

Inspiration to Metabolic Computing from Life Science

论文对智能科学中的一些普遍规律进行了总结,讨论了其中一些共性的问题。以人工代谢算法为例,说明了如何从生命科学的研究中获得灵感,并将其用于扩展智能科学的研究空间。举例说明了如何从神经科学的研究中获得启发,建立酶控人工神经网络。如何通过理解肿瘤的本质,建立医学意义上的肿瘤与数学意义上的局部极值之间的关系。通过借鉴肿瘤治疗的原理来克服局部极值对系统的影响。如何基于耐药性的理念来实施多种优化算法共同作用。较之进化计算,阐述了代谢计算的一些特点和优势。分析结果表明,生理层次上的新陈代谢知识能为智能科学层次上的代谢计算体系提供相应的启示,促进代谢计算技术不断地完善和发展。

We summarize some general rules in intelligence science in this paper. Some common problems are discussed. As artificial metabolic algorithm for example, we analyze how to get inspiration from the research of life science and expand research scope in intelligence science. Based on research of neuroscience, we can build artificial neural network controlled by enzyme. Based on the understanding of the nature of tumor, we can get the relationship between tumor in medicine field and local value in mathematic field. We also try to work out the problem result from disadvantage of local value in system by taking advantaging of theory about tumor treatment. Based on idea from drug tolerance, we may operate many optimal algorithms in working out the same problem. We analyze some advantages of metabolic computing comparing with evolutionary computing. It shows that knowledge in metabolism from physiology field can propose inspiration for researching metabolic computation mechanism in intelligence science field. The metabolic computation technology can be improved continuously.
