At the same time, with principal component analysis, the data of relevant indicators between 2001-2007 years is selected in the time series analysis for the operational effectiveness of the three land bank models. And the result of the analysis is that Wuhan model is the best of three typical models in China. And land reserve system model in line with China\??s national conditions, as well as it’s optimized way is put forward in this article.
