由于建筑工程项目的复杂性和不确定性,建筑工程进度控制比较困难,进度超期现象时常发生,导致工程成本直线上升。传统的基于PERT/CPM的网络进度计划在计划功能和风险管理上存在的缺陷是没有考虑资源的约束和人的行为因素,很难克服多任务和不确定性因素的影响。本文将关键链引入工程项目进度控制中,通过对关键链的管理,设置恰当的缓冲区,来实现对进度的有效控制,从而提高建筑工程管理的整体水平。
Because of the complexity of construction projects and uncertainty, it is difficult to control the construction progress. The phenomenon of progress extended often occurred which leaded to soaring costs of the project. The traditional PERT / CPM network schedule in the planning and risk management functions of the existing defects are not bound to consider the resources and human behavioral factors. So it is difficult to overcome the impact of multi-task and uncertainties. This article will introduce the critical chain to control the progress of the project. It will achieve effective control of the progress through the management of critical chain and sets up the appropriate buffer. And then it will improve the overall level of construction management.
