综采工作面采煤机气水喷雾降尘技术及应用

针对矿井综采工作面严重的粉尘问题,改善工作面的作业环境,基于气水雾化原理,设计出适用于综采工作面气水雾化喷嘴的结构、工艺过程和气水喷雾降尘装置的安装。现场应用结果表明:采煤机上使用气水喷雾降尘装置后,在顺风割煤时,全尘降尘效率为60.1%~73%,呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率为49.6%~72.4%;这种气水喷雾降尘装置具覆盖面积大、雾化效果好等特点,且气压不超过0.8MPa,水压不超过2.0MPa。
In order to solve the serious coal dust problem in fully mechanized coal mining faces and to improve the operation environment of workface in the mine,the gas-water sprayer, technical process and installation of gas-water spraying device was designed based on the gas-water spraying mechanism. The site application results showed that the total coal dust control efficiency could reach 60.1% to 73%,and the dust control efficiency of respirable dust control efficiency could reach 49.6% to 72.4% after the gas-water spraying device is installed on the ccal shearer. The gas-water spraying device could had the characteristic of a large dust control area and a good spraying result. The water pressure required could not be over 2 MPa and the gas pressure required could not be over 0.8 Mpa。
