快速凝固孕育剂变质细化Al-12.7Si-xCu-yNi合金的组织与性能
Microstructure and properties of Al-12.7Si-xCu-yNi alloy modified by the inoculant with the rapid solidification
在ZL109中加入Cu-Ni中间合金,制成Al-12.7Si-xCu(x=1.8~4.5)-yNi(y=1.0~3.2)合金,并研究此种合金较ZL109合金在组织和力学性能上的优越性。采用经快速凝固处理的Al-5Ti-1B和Cu-P薄带对Al-12.7Si-xCu(x=1.8~4.5)-yNi(y=1.0~3.2)合金进行细化变质处理,观察经细化变质处理后的合金的铸态显微组织并测试其力学性能。与经普通块状变质剂变质后合金的比较,结果表明经快淬薄带状变质剂变质后的合金组织更加细化,综合力学性能有显著提高。
By adding Cu-Ni master alloy into ZL109 alloy, Al-12.7Si-xCu(x=1.8~4.5)-yNi(y=1.0~3.2) alloy was fabricated out. Compared with ZL109 alloy, the superiority of mechanical properties of microstructures of this new kind of aluminium alloy was studied. Modified by melt rapid solidification (MRS) and Al-5Ti-1B and Cu-P master alloy and traditional bulk Al-5Ti-1B and Cu-P master alloy inoculant respectively, the microstructures and the mechanical properties of the modified Al-12.7Si-xCu(x=1.8~4.5)-yNi(y=1.0~3.2) alloy were studied comparatively. The results showed that for the alloy modified by new inoculant, the microstructure of is more refined and the mechanical properties are higher than that of modified by traditional bulk Al-5Ti-1B and Cu-P master alloy.
