光固化非金属芯线线锯芯线结合强度研究
Study on core wire bond strength of ultraviolet-curing diamond wire saw using nonmetallic core wire
非金属芯线表面处理的实验研究确定了聚乙烯线在温度为80~85℃自配溶液中处理4min的最佳参数,可以获得聚乙烯芯线和光固化树脂结合剂之间的最佳结合强度。切割实验表明,该工艺制作的金刚石线锯可以获得良好的的加工性能。
he surface treatment's experimental study on nonmetallic core wire confirms the optimum parameter about the polyethylene core wire is treated by the processing fluid made by ourselves for 4 minutes under the temperature of 80~85℃. It obtained the best adhesion strength between the polyethylene core wire and the ultraviolet-curing resin adhesive. The cutting experiment indicated that the diamond wire saw made by the new manufacture method can obtain a good manufacture performance.
